Hello. I'm not new to Vista. The computer I bought 5 years ago came with it.
I am a retired senior citizen and taught myself all that I know about computers. My teacher sure didn't have any credentials and zero knowledge.

I didn't know this forum existed.

My problem now which is how I found you is that I had a new hard drive installed and Carbonite backup restored my files.

Things are different and I don't know why. I provided the installation disc from when the machine was brand new.

For example (this makes me weep), I used to have a "snip" feature. I loved it and used it a lot. It is gone! Where did it go? Can I get it back?

I will sure appreciate any help with this.
