Cannot Zip and un Zip

Hej friends ! Its a complicatet world I her is meeting , I dont think my problem vil find a solution ! I got 2 computers and 2 different programs with respekt to ZIP an UNZIP , my laptop unzip problem-less but my stationary HP computer cannot ZIP and UNZIP ! Perhaps a day I will find a solution , but I have used a lot of time on this homepage and have no hope ! I must continue taking my ZIP files to the other computer -UNZIP and go back to my stationary
