Iolo System Mechanics & Vista

Last month System Mechanics saw fit to delete MS Services "installer" from two of my Vista computers (one 32 bit and one 64 bit) . I finally fixed it. In the opinion of the group, is it now safe to use the Iolo product with Vista? I have continued to use it, but not to touch the Registry.
