sp1 update issues
hi all, iam new here and for obvious reasons iam having troubles with the sp1 update.
the update starts to download and goes into retart mode installing , after waiting for the install to finish it suddenly stops , usually on the last of 3 files ,says that the install didnt work. this has plagued me for a couple of years now and now i have been running the very basic vista with no updates or upgrades at all. its getting to the stage where programs wont install. if anyone has any ideas i would appreciate any help or tips to fix this problem.
