uploading pics to attach on emails

I am with BT yahoo, who changed everything some time ago. Before that I was able to upload a whole photo album up to 40 pictures with one click on a button SELECT. That possibility vanished completely. Instead I can click on OPEN and send ONE picture. Now I realized that the pics are not down sized, they used to be in KB and are now in MB, and sending e.g. 7 pictures is too much and the mail never gets through. How can I RESIZE all pictures in my folder?
