windows updates will not load computer

i have about 22 updates that will not load i get 57e error and i think the other one is 500800 ive tried to a fix it tool and the registry booster and driver anylizer on this sight but it wont let me down load it says i dont have permission please can someone help cant afford a repair or new computer right now

oh yea i have vista basic home
