Hello from Vermont. I have a modest HP computer with a 32 bit vista OS and IE8. I only have dial-up but with the accelerators and my recent upgrade from 1 gig to 4 gig of ram, I'm getting better download speeds but forget the video. I'm getting old and I haven't bought a flat panel, large screen so these latest toolbar sizes are giving me eyestrain. I don't want to reduce my resolution to 800 X 600 so I can read the microscopic tool bars on IE8. I can change the font with the theme settings on just about everything but the browser toolbars. If anyone has any suggestions, I would welcome them.
Note: I have already increased my dpi settings to make all fonts larger and crearer but I guess Microsoft assumes nobady has 15 inch monitors any more. And yeah, I use the magnifier a lot but it is clumsy and takes up too much space.
