I have a Dell Dimension 8100 PC, Pentium 4, Processor 1.3Ghz. RDram 1GB,
80 G Hard Drive. O.S. Vista Home Premium. When I was updating windows, it downloaded 1 and the other 3 failed to download. The message read: "Code 646. An unknown error. Get help.
Any suggestions appreciated.
