Update Problems with SP2
Hi, I am new to this site and am hoping someone out ther can help me with a few isues that I am having.
1, Unable to download SP2 keeps coming up with error 800b0100 have contacted microsoft and they gave all these things to try. When I did the checkSUR it came up with a corrupt file Active X Killbits 973346. When checking back on my updates I discovered that this file was downloaded the same day that SP2 tried to start downloading 15/7/09.
2, Now I have another update of ActiveX Kiibits KB973525 which is trying to download and is uable to keeps coming up with error message 8007371B.
Microsoft suggested that I uninstall the corrupt file KB 973346 which I have tired to do but now I get a message, An error occurred not all updates were sucessfully removed so am uable to uninstall.
Is there anybody that can help me with these issues, I am just about ready to give up.
