Hello everyone!
Hi everyone.
I'm Stkop123, and I have a question concerning my laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium.
The error I keep getting every time I shut down the laptop is entitled "explorer.exe - Application Error". The message reads as follows:
"The instruction at 0x75f984fd referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program."
After I click OK, the laptop shuts down anyway. How do I get rid of this error message? Your help is greatly appreciated.
