(OS:C) Drive.

Hallo.

Last June I downloaded Windows Vista SP2.
Ever since everytime I download the latest updates from Windows for Windows Defender, I loose 1GB of space?
So far I have lost over 30GB of space? Why is this happening and can anybody offer advice and a way of recovering that lost space?
