Hell newbie..Gotta question concerning installing software

Hi,

I want to install software on our server PC. Then I have 5 other pc's in our business that I want to run the client of this software. Problem is I can install this software, but everytime one fo the end users go to access this softare, it ask for the Admins passwor. We don't want to give out the PW so folks can mak change to their PC. How do we make it so the end user only has access to this software without being prompted to give the admins PW?
