internet error code 2738

Hi to everyone, this is my first forum exp so bear with me. I had a Trojan virus on my computer, but in that process I lost my Int. Exp. 8. I have tried several times to reinstall,it will download it,when it tries to install i get error 2738..Can someone please help me....Thank you
