error code 80070424 windows update

Hi just new on the forum. Not sure I am typing in the right field. Forgive me if it is the case. I have a constant error message for some days and windows update does not seem to work. I am on Vista v64bits. Did try the proposed solution for error 80070420 but did not work. Has anyone a good idea for error 80070424?
