Administrator Access
 I am unable to to update my computer due to issues with the Vista system--it constantly asks for an administrator password--the previous district manager denies any knowledge of what the password is--and he truly doesn't. He has sold his business to us and this computer is slow and can't update --neither Vista's update or proprietary updates from my company.--
Is there a password reset file or disc that can overide the current unknown password and allow us to start as if the computer is blank.
The formation of the reset disk off Vista requires knowledge of the current password. |
