Help Me Please - Im Going Mental

I am not a technical whizz and I am fustrated beyond belief with my vista not updating because of:

Error Code: 800F0900

I dont know what to do. I tried the AU Check but it tells me that its not available!

Please help me someone!

I dont know if this helps but turns out this update didnt install. Maybe this is the reason for the problem?
