Greetings I am new to vista
I am Chaplain Mark O'Reilly - I live in Michigan. I have vista only because I was forced into it when I bought my new laptop. I think it has a virus I'm using avast but the machine seems to be acting strange. For example when I reboot it takes forever to come back up. I didn't get a boot disk or whatever it's called.
I would like to take it back to factory specs.
