Hi People,help

i thought if i change my aqdministration account to standard account would be better,now im having problem with downloading,installation,uploading photos ,reset etc.when ever i try to do this administration account needs permission and request a password but when i type in the correct password it says,logon failure:the user name has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer
PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP,how can i reset my account HELP!!!
