Kodak V's Vista Ultimate

About 2 months ago I purchased a new Kodak All one printer series 5300. I loaded the software provided but was unable to open the Kodak AiO centre. I have spent hours on the telephone with the Kodak technical team (South African branch) but still have no solution. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have installed and uninstalled the software and I am getting to the end of my patience. The latest is that this is not a Kodak issue but one relating to Microsoft and net frameworks. Can anyone help?
