help with blank page
i have a toshiba satellite laptop and every time I turn it on and the desk top comes up. Then I get a blank page that says blank page windows. I then push the Microsoft key and it tells me the page name on the bottom. I then right click on it and then I can close it out and I end up at the desk top. It does not appear againg until I log out and log back on. Does any one no how to correct this, also I am running windows vista
