Frustrated Vista user here. I have used MS OSs for years, I'm even certified by MS in some of them.

Many family and friends depend on me for tech support and the new Vista systems are throwing many wrenches into my wonderfully working machines. Why oh why can't we get XP on the new systems wihtout extra $$$$ ????

Hoping to gain the knowledge to put my networks back in good working order.
