Trouble with Excel Report Not Opening

I'm somewhat new to Vista and occasionally a little frustrated. I use GoToMeeting frequently and it has ability to run reports and should be able to export to Excel. I can print to a PDF so I know print functiion is working.

I get the little "Active X" (I thinik) bar at top and have to allow it to run, which I allow. I'm sure it just some security setting or something but very frustrating....can anyone help on this???
