no sound in windows vista ultimate

ive already done the driver,control panel and etc troublshooting Acpi.sys mentioned but no go.youtube wont play,the vista boot music not present no sound in IE7 and i just requested the ACPI DRIVER from microsoft which is the last resort before i do a vista total repartition and reinstall,did vista optimizer route too and driver genius pro etc what havent i done and basically ill give my opinion here on this problem !! it is not possible to resolve this issue in restore and or repair options you lost sound as a result of a third party software that deleted system acpi drivers and because the kernels that are associated with these drivers cannot recieve commands outside of an original install they must be installed accompanied by the kernels in a vista reinstall process microsoft has hundreds of files that wont install without accompanied dll's kernels and bat's which asssociate themselves with the rest of the vista and or xp operating files during the initial install.
