newbi here
I bought an Acer M5620 last Oct. It has Vista Home Premium and is a Core 2 Quad 6600 with 3 Gb of memory. I have added a Hauppauge Win TV 1800 and just recently a Dlink DNS323 NAS with two 750 Gb drives. I also have a small Dell laptop on the network (also Vista).
I am very pleased with Vista but have a couple problems - like how to defrag the NAS drives and how to make the Media Center see the NAS as a storage location for recorded TV.
I will look through the forums and post queries where appropriate but if anyone has a quick answer, feel free to point me in the right direction.
