Hello All
My name is Laurent.
I'm a very, very new member in this site.
I come from south of France (some of you could say I'm lucky  ) so please be kind with me if my english is not perfect.
My goal here is just to exchange my personnal esperience with Microsoft Support in France and US, perhaps give some advices or good addresses in the "jungle" of Microsoft Support Sites, and certainly to get some answers to problems I did not have answers to from Microsoft.
My main goal is not to always say that Vista is only "rubish" (I've got Vista Home Premium French SP1 patched with every security patches), but only relate real facts (and I'm currently writting to you with an old PC with XP SP3 which works perfectly).
