Uninstall problems

I am trying to uninstall a program that's causing problems. When I click on uninstall I eventually get a Wise Uninstall box that says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file" Is there any hope for getting this program removed???

..what a fool I am. If I would have known the problems I'm having with VISTA I would never have purchased it, especially gaming. Picassa - what is that? I miss my old computer...I don't like this, especially the inability to game. What crap.
