New here & Toshiba laptop w/Vista
I have a new Toshiba laptop with 4 gig of memory running Vista. It crashes sometimes in the middle of the night. Yes, I have a full warranty and the company replaced the first Toshiba the first week after all of the crashes. This second computer went 3 weeks before it started to crash and crash it did. I use Office, Quicken and ENet for security. I bought my husband a 2 gig Toshiba which he only uses for email; he has had absolutely no problems!

any suggestions??
