New (and confused) member
Hi - I'm Bob and have been dealing with confusers - er, uh computers for quite some time - as a USER only - not an 'understander' of these things. Thus, when a technical issue arises, I'm generally at a loss - (1) to fix it or (2) to find or understand comment (no one seems to think the way I do) to guide me through a fix 
Currently, I'm trying to uninstall Garmin's City Nav N. Am NT v.8 (having installed the new version) - 1.22 Gb no less! - and am told "The system adminsitrator has set policies ...". Yikes! I installed it so I must be the administrator. I've now spent about 4 hours trying to figure out what I have to do to unistall this!! I'll keep looking but if anyone knows off-hand, i'd appreciate the time-saver. (I tried right clicking which apparently works when trying to install, but not for uninstaling!!) - Go figure!
This whole thing is 'cute by half' yet no doubt needed becasue of the scurrilous spies/hackers, et. al.!!
