PDF Converter Problem under Vista

Hi. I'm new to the forum because an issue converting in Vista MS Word or other OFfice documents to PDF using the Office 2007 ad-in, Nuance PDF converter or other pdf converter software. this is not the case with XP.

the pdf created files are scaled down and reduced. the margins are larger such that the pdf files look unprofessional and smaller, and hard to read, compared to the original file in Word or other office product.

I understand this is a problem. Any solutions?
