Hi all - I'm Bob and just retired from being a router jockey for a large network. My wife just bought a new notebook with Ultimate - Vista and is having problems sending .jpg files. She is running spy bot and Trend virus protection. Keeps getting a server error 0x800ccc19. She can send some files and not others.
