I'm having truble getting my all in one printer to Fax. Everything else works it just would be nice if the thing did what it says it can do. I'v tryed talking to Lexmark and they say its in my computer. I talk to Dell and thay say its not there printer thay cant help. I dont know what to do? Can enyone help?

Either way, good to have you aboard, if you submit your problem about the lexmark printer along with the model number (very important) in vista general or start a new thread in the news groups you will reach a wider audience and a better chance of getting problems resolved. Here is a quote from a review of your x3550 at Lexmark X3550 Multifunction Printer Multifunction Device reviews - CNET Reviews "Though the X3550 isn't fax-ready, the CD also includes Lexmark's Fax Solutions utility, which lets you send and receive e-faxes" have you used the utility it mentions?

I'v downloaded the driver but I do not know where to find the other imformation you talked about. That is the E-Fax.

It should be on the windows installation cd that came with the printer?
