I just wanted to say hello!

Last night I was looking for a Vista setting (how to turn the animation on and off while minimizing/maximizing windows) and sure enough, Vistaheads popped up as the first few hits with the answer..!

So here I am.. I figured I'd join and lend a helping hand to others, and have some questions answered, too.
