Error 633: the modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly. Any solution?

I have Microsoft Vista Home Premium edition. I am using Data card (broadband+, Model - HUAWEI EC1262) to connect internet.
I am getting the 633 error every time when I try to use the Data Card to connect internet on my laptop. It states "the modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly" and prevents me from accessing the Internet.

I tried with different make of data card, but still getiing same error. Same data card is working on another laptop that have Win7.


I have done all possible solution like,
1. Uninstall and reinstall the modem drivers
2. Release the COM port and assigng new port

But still getting same error. Any solution to fix this issue would be apppreciate.

I think your computer is affected by virus, scan your pc and then try data card.
