IE9 Scrolling problem

Recently, IE9 has gotten some sort of bug and when vertical scrolling, it's herky and jerky and really slow. Just to get to the bottm here to post this thread took like 20 seconds. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Try to turning off smooth scrolling and turning on the software rendering instead of GPU rendering by Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced tab. Under the Browsing grouping, uncheck Use Smooth Scrolling. This will greatly improve the scrolling performance.
