Internet connection problems

I am having many problems trying to connect to the internet through both IE and fire fox. If I can get on I might be able to access a few sites. It will run incredibly slow and will lose connection often and I have to refresh a few times so the page I am viewing finally comes back. I thought my quickest fix would be contact my internet provider. We tried 2 new routers and they replaced the outside wire. They check all the connectivity on their level and everything is working. They think I have a virus that I can't see. I thought the easiest, cheapest fix(I am a single mother of 3 and don't have the extra money) would be to put in my vista disk and completely wipe everything and start over. Well, lucky me I can't find my disc! I am in desperate need of help here. All 3 kids use this for school and the school year is fast approaching AND I was just offered a lot of overtime from work to connect from home and get stuff done. I can't do that until this is fixed. Any ideas or suggestions would be more than welcomed!! If you need any other information to be able to help me please let me know. Thank you in advance!!!!

It may due to virus and malwares. Downloading the following link may help you to get off the problem.
1.Download winsockfix utility from the link. Download WinSockFix 1.1.0.13 Free - WinSockFix - A free Winsock/Tcp repair utility - Softpedia
2.Run it and click on fix.
3.Restart the computer
4.Go to Control Panel -> network connections -> right click the LAN connection and click properties
5.In the general tab double click on "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" from the list.
6.Re-enter the details as necessary.
Hope it will works fine.

When internet create problem than first check the cable and network and restart the computer. Now check the problem has been solved or not. If problem has not been solved than go to control panel and set the property of the network. Reenter the details in the TCP/IP list.

There could be various problem but the main one is virus...You must install the antivirus on your computer...After this should to see other aspects..
