problem with Activex control

I am having problems with web pags not loading completely and i think it might have to do with activex. under downloaded program files on the c drive there is a file named {E2883E8F-472F-4FBO-9522-AC9BF37916A7} that says damaged under the status heading. i can only right click on it and given only the option of properties. when i click that it says it is used with activex. how do i get rid of that cause i think that is what the problem is? I am using vista with internet explorer 8

I have also the same problem but is in between the starting of the header.i am also finding the solution for it.
