Help Pls! strange new network devices/isatap problems/unable to connect

Hi all thanks for allowing me use of the great forum here.

I turned on my hp compaq 6720s this morning and could not connect to the internet. So after looking around for clues I opened the HP wireless assistant, which directed me to the device manager.

What I saw there blew me away. WTF is happening here? Why are there some many isatap entries? Why is every connection yellowed out except for bluetooth? I'm pretty sure I haven't seen most of these before. Its impossible to uninstall these items. Help please?
