Vista IE problem need some help

Hello,This is my first question here on VISTAHEADS. Thanks for being here. I really hope someone can help me. The date is Aug 18 2009. The last upgrade of Vista has put my computer into hell. I have a toshiba laptop. It has vista home on it. The problem I am having is this. I can get onto google ok with no problems. I can get to ebay no problem. Then when I log in it says If you are seeing this page, your browser settings prevent you from automatically redirecting to a new URL. If I go to westjet (airplane tickets) I can get to their main page but when I click to go into their site I get a white page. If I go to my webmail site I can get to the site but if I log in I get a white page also. I am sure this is all related. I have googled the problem and read everything I can get my eyes on. I went to bleepingcomputer tech support. Lots of good ideas I tried 'em all and nothing worked. Reset IE reinstall IE adjust lots of options in TOOLS. I even tried to send an email form to Microsoft tech support. I cannot get the form to deliver either. A security issue an IE issue an option issue I have tried them all. Does anyone have an idea that I can try? Can someone take a few minutes and help me?regards,David
