LAN not identified!

Hello to everybody! I have a problem with my Vista Home premium.
It doesn't identifie the LAN network. When I buied the PC it worked, but some month ago, suddenly it stopped.
I tried to modifie the TCP/IPv4 settings, but without success.
Please help me!
