IE8 Suddenly fails with HTTP, HTTPS works fine.

For no aparent reason, I can't 'connect' to anything under http.

Oddly, https sites work fine.

The LogMeIn systray application works, but the weather sidebar widget does not.

Everything worked fine one minute, and then shazam!

Any ideas?
