Adobe flash player 10 stopped working in Vista

If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. I had flash player on my laptop and all of a sudden it quit working. I have uninstalled and installed it again and again, to no avail. I can't play any videos, music, or view sites that require flash. This has been going on for about 2 months now. I am goin crazy trying to figure this out!! Can anyone help me please!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!
