can't set pop or smtp for windows mail
Hi
I am tring to set up my windows mail account in vista home. No matter what way I enter the pop or smtp I get an error message when I try to send mail (a file) all I get is an error 0x800ccc78. At this point I can't even find where I would change them, I was setting up different accounts with different POP3's and smtp's. Does any one know how to set this up. I am tring to respond to a job ad in craigslist and am using the gmail info. I don't have a e-mail service but I was able to use the library system which uses XP, for some reason that did the same thing. I would enter the same info along with gmail e-mail address.
