How to share ICS when we have a dynamic ip, Windows Vista Ultimate

Hi

I have a broad band connection. We have dynamic ips allocated by internet provider. I want to share this broadband connection to my laptop. Please help me how can i share through ICS. Please make note that my ip is not static.

Please help me
