Internet disconnects every 5 minutes

Hi,

My PPoE connection disconnects approximately every 5 minutes; however, it successfully reconnects once i redial (i have set autimatic redial after 10 seconds). I looked in the Remote Access Event Logs, and this is what i see -

In the device manager, the ISATAP driver shows error code 31 (The device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device)
