can't send email out of town

Using my laptop for the first time out of town. My incoming mail works fine but can't receive emails. Can't accept emails through domain name and tried using the server in this area - but it's not working

Seems problem with your ISP. Can you give us more info regarding both the ISP, your towns and the other towns and how they are configured in your system.
