error message
When I am in a website & I click on "contact us" , and compose an email, it will not send it. I get an error message #0X800CCCDE. Concerning POP3 & SMPT. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

It does'n matter which web site I am in. I can't send an email from inside any website.
