ieuser exe problem

Hi,

This is my first post so please be gentle!
I'm having the same recurring error when I launch iexplorer:

ieuser.exe - bad image
c:\\windows\sysem32\msfeeds.dll is either not designed to run on windows or
it contains an error

I click ok but the error keeps happening on each and every page load and is extremely annoying. Can anyone help a friend in need please?
