Local Only - Wireless

I just got comp with vista. Says Local only and can not connect to internet in hotel. Last week I was able to connect and suddenly it says local only. Even before finding this message I was able to use same wireless connection... and also used some other unsecured in hotel.. Any help ... greatly appreciated .. thanks in advance ...
