Phone numbers disappear on all websites

if i go to like charlotte golf courses and get a whole list of courses the phone numbers show up but with in secs they disapear, if i go back and then forward again they come back. but its real hard to get numbers like that.
Not that a big a prob, ive had worse, but it is tuff when looking up alot of numbers. i have windows vista home premium edition

welcome aboard sorry for the delay as we are swamped here first of all do you have skype? if so..uninstall or disable the skype toolbar and try the charlotte site again if not post up the contents of your event viewer and Steve will have a look

Having had the same problem myself, i found that if you go to skype, open the tools menu, click on options, then the advance tab there is a ticked box that says "associated skype with callto: links on the web. if you untick this option, save the skype options and retart internet explorer, this should fix the disappearing number issue.
