Network Blocking software?

Hello,

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit and I have Kaspersky as anti-virus software.
Kaspersky Internet Suite 2010 used to have a feature where at the click of a mouse you could totall block all network access (one the computer)nothing in or out untill feature was shut off.
But Kaspersky Internet Suite 2011 no longer has that feature for a total network block using their software.

Does anyone know of a program that can run on Vista that can block all internet access? I dont want another virus program I just need an option to block access at random times, like when im afk for a few hours or days.
I really dont want to have to unplug the lan cable every single time now, and I have googled till my finger are raw.

Any information about network blocking software would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks dear for such a wonderful information because I also want to stop all those sites which distort my kids habbit.
